Zoë stands on the shoulders of Brendan and earlier Consistence colleagues: She studies the structure of an agricultural product during processing at multiple length scales. Using different methodologies, including Confocal Microscopy and Cryo-Scanning Electron Microscopy, but also lots of literature and interviewing experts, she creates a series of schematic images at length scales from 1 nanometer to 1 meter. The challenge is to capture dynamic processes in small series of schematic images. Not so easy….. Fit for Zoë!
